At Ohana Health Plan, I designed presentations for two very different audiences, from executive decks used by the CEO with state and industry stakeholders to member-facing materials written at a sixth-grade reading level. Across both, I translated complex healthcare information into clear, structured visual narratives tailored to the needs, context, and level of understanding of each audience.
